Old Church at Tofts Haydon

Haydon Old Church, Tofts, Haydon

Dedicated to St. Cuthbert this was a Chapel of Ease where occasional services are still held.  It is well worth a visit and the key is available from Claire's Newsagents, Church Street, Haydon Bridge.

An excellent book giving a history and guide to the church by Dennis Telford is also available from Claire's and 'The Bridge' library in Church Street. (£3:00)
